Seeing client virtually and in person in Roscoe Village
Therapy is a unique and deeply personal journey. As a BC-DMT and LCPC, I believe in the power of the mind–body connection and support clients in understanding how their experiences impact their whole system. My approach is primarily client-centered and integrative, drawing from dance/movement therapy, creative arts therapies, mindfulness-based practices, CBT, narrative and solution-focused therapies, relational-cultural theory, therapeutic yoga, and energy work. I work with adolescents (14+), young adults, and adults, with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders and body image concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, student and collegiate athlete experiences, and life transitions. With 12 years of clinical experience, I strive to create a supportive, grounded space where clients can explore creatively, deepen self-awareness, and grow into a more integrated version of themselves.
